It’s Korea’s most delicious and edible week, it’s Food Week! This momentous and tasty event is being held from November 20th -23rd. The expo will see 872 companies across 1,943 booths, and attendance from thousands of local and overseas buyers and foodies. Since its launch in 2006, COEX Food Week has grown to become Korea’s leading trade show for the global food and beverage industry, spanning four exhibition halls and will welcome an expected 60,000 visitors in 2019. The four-day food-themed extravaganza includes a variety of side events and attractions for business visitors and families to enjoy. One of the most important events happening at the expo is the Food Tech Conference, which will be conducted in English and Korean with well-known foreign guest speakers from the global food industry. Tickets can be booked here.

If Food Week wasn’t exciting enough, then you’ll also be thrilled to know that the Seoul International Bakery Fair (SIBA) is running alongside it. Hosted with the Korean Confectionery Association, the event will offer visitors an array of baked goods, baking events, and the chance to enjoy the 4th Top Patisserie Asia contest, held in Korea for the first time.

One event that you will absolutely not want to miss out on at The Bakery Fair is the cupcake making class. The class is for children and adults and is hosted with an English speaking teacher. Tickets for this event can be booked here.

Food Week Korea will be taking place at COEX, Seoul from the 20th – 23rd. Tickets can be purchased on the day at the event for 11,000 won. For more information about food week please check out the Food Week website.
